Returns
Need to Return All or Part of Your Order? No Problem!
Returning items is easy:
- Sign in to your account via the SaveOnBlanks.ca website.
- Once signed in, go to your order history.
- Find the order(s) you want to return.
- Click on Return items?
- Select the item(s) and quantities you’d like to return.
- Choose the return reason.
- Submit your return request.
Once we receive your request, we’ll send you an email with the next steps!
Return Requirements
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.
- All returns must be authorized by SaveOnBlanks.ca.
- Returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused.
- Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
- Altered or washed garments cannot be returned.
Please Note:
- Returns sent to an unauthorized location (including our head office) may incur additional shipping fees.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Returns must be sent via courier. Local drop-off is not available.
- Claims for defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of purchase.
- All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our warehouse.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unable to offer exchanges.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Cancellations
Once your order is sent to our warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
Processing happens immediately after your order has been placed, even outside our regular operating hours.
Please double-check your order details before submitting it.
Once the shipment occurs, our return policy takes effect.
