Need to return all or part of your order? No problem!

  1. Sign into your account via the saveonblanks.ca website.
  2. Once you are signed in, you will see your order history.
  3. Locate the order(s) containing the items you wish to return.
  4. Click Return items?
  5. Select the item(s) and quantities.
  6. Select the return reason.
  7. Submit the return request.

It's that easy! Once we receive your request, we'll send you an email with the next steps.

Requirements:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
  • Returns must be authorized by SaveOnBlanks.ca.
  • Returns without a return authorization number (RA) will be refused.
  • Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Altered or washed garments are non-returnable.

Please Note:

  • Returns sent to an unauthorized location (including our head office) may incur additional shipping fees.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns must be sent via courier. Local drop-off is not available.
  • Claims for defective, damaged, or lost items must be made within 10 days of purchase.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Allow up to 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our warehouse.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of online ordering and shipping costs, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Return to Sender

If your order is returned to sender, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Cancellations

Once your order is sent to our warehouse for processing, we cannot cancel or make changes to it.
Processing happens immediately after your order has been placed, even outside our regular operating hours.
Please double-check your order details before submitting it.
Once the shipment occurs, our return policy takes effect.
