Price Match Guarantee

At SaveOnBlanks.ca, we work hard to offer competitive prices on blank apparel in Canada. If you find a lower advertised price from a qualifying Canadian retailer before you purchase, or within 15 days after your purchase, we may match the lower price.

If the price of an eligible product is reduced on SaveOnBlanks.ca within 15 days of your purchase, you can also contact us to request a refund of the difference.

What Qualifies for a Price Match?

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the product and competitor's offer must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The product must be the same brand and style number.
  • The product must be the same colour and size.
  • The comparison must be based on the same quantity being purchased.
  • The competitor's price must be advertised in Canadian dollars.
  • The product must be currently in stock in the applicable colour and size and available for immediate purchase.
  • The product must be sold by an authorized Canadian retailer.
  • The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by SaveOnBlanks.ca.

How We Compare Prices

A lower advertised product price does not always mean a lower total purchase price. When reviewing a price-match request, SaveOnBlanks.ca may consider any mandatory shipping, handling or other charges required to purchase the product from the competing retailer.

For example, if another retailer advertises a lower garment price but charges substantially more to ship the order, those mandatory shipping charges may be considered when determining whether the competitor's overall price is lower.

Applicable sales taxes are not used when comparing prices.

Offers That Do Not Qualify

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Clearance, liquidation or closeout pricing
  • Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or similar limited-time promotional events
  • Coupon codes or promotional codes
  • Membership-only, employee, educational or other restricted pricing
  • Rebates, gift cards, credits, free products or bonus offers
  • Marketplace or third-party sellers
  • Used, damaged, refurbished, returned or open-box merchandise
  • Pre-orders or products that are not currently available for purchase
  • Pricing errors, typographical errors or incorrectly advertised prices
  • Offers available only in limited quantities
  • Special negotiated, contract or account-specific pricing

A price match cannot be combined with other SaveOnBlanks.ca coupons, promotional codes, special offers or discounts unless otherwise approved by SaveOnBlanks.ca.

Request a Price Match Before You Order

If you find a qualifying lower price before placing your order, contact us before completing your purchase.

  1. Email us at orders@saveonblanks.ca.
  2. Provide the SaveOnBlanks.ca products, colours, sizes and quantities you would like to purchase.
  3. Provide a link to the competing retailer's product page showing the lower price.
  4. Include any additional information needed for us to verify the competitor's price and availability.

Our customer service team will review the request and let you know whether it qualifies for a price match.

Request a Price Match After Your Purchase

If you have already placed your SaveOnBlanks.ca order and find a qualifying lower price within 15 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment.

  1. Email orders@saveonblanks.ca.
  2. Provide your SaveOnBlanks.ca order number.
  3. Provide a link to the qualifying competitor's product showing the lower price.

If the request qualifies, we will refund the eligible price difference to the original payment method.

SaveOnBlanks.ca Price Reductions

If we lower the advertised price of an eligible product on SaveOnBlanks.ca within 15 days of your purchase, contact us with your order number and we will review the order for a price adjustment.

Clearance pricing, promotional events, coupon codes, limited-time offers and other excluded promotions do not qualify for retroactive price adjustments.

Price Match Verification

SaveOnBlanks.ca reserves the right to verify the competitor's price, inventory, product details, shipping charges and eligibility before approving a price match.

Price Match Guarantee requests are reviewed individually and must meet the requirements outlined on this page. If we are unable to independently verify the competing offer, the request may not qualify.
