Can I cancel or modify an order?
Our online ordering system processes orders very quickly. In most cases, your order is automatically sent to one of our warehouses within approximately ten minutes of being submitted, including orders placed outside regular customer-service hours.
Once an order has been released to a warehouse, we are unable to:
- Add or remove products
- Change colours, sizes, or quantities
- Update the shipping method or delivery address
- Combine the order with another order
- Cancel the order
Please carefully review your items, quantities, shipping address, and selected delivery method before completing your purchase. After an order has been released to a warehouse, any changes or returns will be handled according to our return policy.
