Shipping Rates
Shipping rates start at $13.95 and are based on weight and location. To get an accurate quote, use our shipping calculator. Simply add your items and quantities to your cart, then enter your postal code to view your shipping cost.
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $400 or more before tax.
Shipping Speed
We offer the following shipping options: Purolator Ground, Purolator Express, and UPS Standard Ground.
We aim to ship orders the same day if they are placed before the warehouse cut-off times:
- BC: 4:00 PM PT
- AB: 3:30 PM MT
- ON: 4:15 PM ET
Delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the carriers and are typically very accurate when orders are processed without any issues.
Please note: Same-day delivery is not available.
Orders over 500 lbs (approximately 1,000 t-shirts) will be shipped through a freight forwarder. For express shipping on large orders, please place separate orders.
While we do our best to meet shipping timeframes, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Delays may occur at the beginning of the week due to increased order volume over the weekend. Please plan ahead if your order is time-sensitive.
Our shipping calculator will display an estimated delivery time at checkout. These estimates are not guaranteed and depend on factors such as how close your order is placed to the warehouse cut-off time, product availability, and payment verification. Delivery times may also be affected by weather or courier volume delays.
Shipping Guidelines
- Orders are shipped from our warehouses in BC, AB, and ON based on availability and proximity to your location.
- Your order may be split between multiple warehouses, which could result in additional shipping charges and separate delivery times.
- Once your order is processed, the shipping method cannot be changed or upgraded.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of Canada.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you your tracking information. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Local Pickup
Our warehouses are currently closed to the public, and local pickup is not available.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to Nunavut.
Lost Packages
If your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at orders@saveonblanks.ca. We will help guide you through the next steps and work quickly to resolve the issue.
Stolen Packages
If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend reporting the theft to your local authorities. Once the courier marks a package as delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for packages after delivery has been confirmed.
