What does my order status mean?

Order Status Explanations

You might notice that the status of your order has changed. Here's what each status means:

Awaiting Customer

This means we've reached out to you via email and need additional information regarding your order. It could be due to an inventory shortage, address issue, or billing matter.

Awaiting Payment

This indicates that an order placed with Interac e-Transfer hasn’t been paid yet. Orders will remain in this status for three days before being automatically cancelled if no payment is received.

Awaiting Shipment

Your order is awaiting handoff to or is already with the courier and will soon be marked as shipped. At this point, it’s too late for us to edit or cancel the order.

Shipped

Your order has been shipped, and tracking information has been or will soon be emailed to you.

Cancelled

Your order was cancelled, either due to non-payment via Interac e-Transfer or because we were unable to resolve an issue after attempting to contact you.
